YuGPT is designed as a local backup and search tool for AI chat history.

Data processed by the app

YuGPT processes conversation history and related attachments only when you start a backup or import operation.

Depending on the operation you choose, the app may process:

• ChatGPT conversation history retrieved after you sign in through the app's embedded browser
• Files contained in an official ChatGPT export ZIP file selected by you
• Local Codex history files selected by you or detected in the standard local Codex history folder
• Comments and settings entered in the app

Local storage

Backup data, attachments, catalog information, comments, and app settings are stored locally on your device. You can choose the backup destination folder in the app settings.

YuGPT does not upload your backup data to the developer or to a developer-operated server.

User-initiated retrieval

YuGPT retrieves or imports conversation history only when you explicitly start the corresponding backup or import operation. The app does not retrieve conversation history automatically in the background.

ChatGPT sign-in

When you use the ChatGPT backup feature, sign-in is performed through an embedded browser. The app uses your signed-in session to retrieve your history only for the backup operation that you request.

YuGPT does not ask you to enter your ChatGPT password directly into the app. Browser session data is stored locally on your device. You can remove that local session data from the app's security menu.

Network communication

YuGPT accesses ChatGPT only when needed for a user-requested ChatGPT sign-in or backup operation. The developer does not receive your conversation history through the app.

Third-party services

Your use of ChatGPT is subject to the terms and privacy policy provided by OpenAI. Your use of Microsoft Store is subject to the terms and privacy policy provided by Microsoft.

Data deletion

You can delete backup sets from within YuGPT. You can also delete the local backup folder manually. Uninstalling the app may not delete backup data stored outside the app installation area.

YuGPT は、AI チャット履歴を端末内に保存し、後から検索するためのローカルアプリケーションです。

アプリが処理するデータ

YuGPT は、利用者がバックアップまたは取り込み操作を開始した場合にのみ、会話履歴および関連する添付ファイルを処理します。

選択した操作に応じて、次のデータを処理する場合があります。

• アプリ内ブラウザでサインインした後に取得する ChatGPT の会話履歴
• 利用者が選択した OpenAI 公式 ChatGPT エクスポート ZIP に含まれるファイル
• 利用者が選択したローカル Codex 履歴、または標準の Codex 履歴フォルダで検出したファイル
• アプリ内で入力したコメントおよび設定

ローカル保存

バックアップデータ、添付ファイル、カタログ情報、コメントおよびアプリ設定は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。バックアップ保存先フォルダは、アプリ設定で指定できます。

YuGPT がバックアップデータを開発者または開発者が運営するサーバーへ送信することはありません。

利用者の操作による取得

YuGPT は、利用者が対応するバックアップまたは取り込み操作を明示的に開始した場合にのみ、会話履歴を取得または取り込みます。バックグラウンドで自動的に会話履歴を取得することはありません。

ChatGPT のサインイン

ChatGPT バックアップ機能では、アプリ内ブラウザを使用してサインインします。アプリは、利用者が依頼したバックアップ処理のためにのみ、サインイン済みセッションを使用して履歴を取得します。

YuGPT が ChatGPT のパスワードを直接入力させることはありません。ブラウザのセッションデータは利用者の端末内に保存されます。アプリのセキュリティメニューから、ローカルに保存されたセッションデータを削除できます。

ネットワーク通信

YuGPT は、利用者が依頼した ChatGPT のサインインまたはバックアップ処理に必要な場合にのみ、ChatGPT へアクセスします。開発者がアプリを通じて会話履歴を受信することはありません。

外部サービス

ChatGPT の利用には OpenAI が定める規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。Microsoft Store の利用には Microsoft が定める規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

データの削除

YuGPT の画面からバックアップセットを削除できます。ローカルのバックアップフォルダを手動で削除することもできます。アプリをアンインストールしても、アプリのインストール領域外に保存したバックアップデータは削除されない場合があります。
